Galore Grazing is expanding its Preferred Venue Network throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area, and we're looking to connect with businesses that offer exceptional spaces for private gatherings, corporate events, and private Charcuterie & Wine Experiences
We understand that not every client wants to host an experience at home or in the office. Our goal is to connect clients with welcoming, well-suited venues that elevate their experience while creating opportunities for businesses to gain new bookings, increase visibility, and generate additional revenue.

We're interested in partnering with businesses throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area that offer private or semi-private spaces suitable for intimate gatherings and small-group experiences.

- Other businesses with unique spaces suitable for private experiences
We're open to venues of different styles, sizes, and price points. Our priority is finding spaces that complement the elevated, social, and wellness-focused experiences Galore Grazing creates.
What Does Being a Preferred Venue Partner Mean?
The Galore Grazing Preferred Venue Network is designed to create mutually beneficial relationships between our business and participating venues.
As a preferred venue partner, your business may be recommended to Galore Grazing clients seeking a location for a private charcuterie class, wine and charcuterie experience, corporate gathering, or other intimate event.

Preferred Venue Pricing
We aim to establish preferred booking rates for Galore Grazing clients. This may include a discounted room rental fee, a reduced venue rental rate, a special event package, or an alternative arrangement agreed upon by both businesses.
Client Referrals
Participating venues may be recommended to clients looking for a suitable space for their next gathering or private experience.
Increased Business Exposure
Your venue may gain exposure to an audience interested in entertaining, food, wine, corporate gatherings, and elevated social experiences.

A Partnership That Benefits Both Businesses

Galore Grazing brings the food, ingredients, supplies, and expertise needed to create distinctive charcuterie experiences. Our venue partners provide the setting where guests can gather, connect, and enjoy the experience.
Outside food is an essential requirement of this partnership. Galore Grazing must be permitted to bring and serve its own charcuterie, food, ingredients, and event supplies. Our experiences are built around our own food offerings, and we do not purchase food through a venue's in-house kitchen or catering provider as a condition of hosting an experience.
For venues that offer wine, we welcome the opportunity to feature your available wine selections as part of the experience and purchase wine directly through the venue, subject to the agreed arrangements and applicable service policies. This creates an additional opportunity for beverage sales while allowing us to incorporate your offerings into the guest experience.
In return, we aim to establish preferred booking rates for Galore Grazing clients, creating a relationship that supports venue revenue while giving our clients access to quality spaces and potential pricing benefits.
Our goal is simple: to connect clients with exceptional spaces while helping our business partners attract new customers and create additional revenue opportunities.
Venue Partnership Requirements
To be considered for the Preferred Venue Network, venues should meet the following criteria:
- Outside food permitted: The venue must allow Galore Grazing to bring and serve its own food and supplies.
- Suitable gathering space: The venue must offer a private or semi-private setting appropriate for the types of experiences we host.
- Transparent booking policies: Rental fees, minimum spends, availability, and applicable requirements must be clearly communicated.
- Preferred pricing consideration: Venues should be open to discussing a preferred booking rate or another mutually beneficial pricing arrangement for Galore Grazing clients.
- Wine and beverage arrangements, when applicable: Venues offering wine should be open to discussing beverage purchasing and service arrangements for relevant experiences.
We understand that every venue operates differently. Specific requirements, pricing, and partnership arrangements will be discussed and confirmed individually before a venue is recommended for a particular booking.
Venues that prohibit outside food or require Galore Grazing clients to purchase food through an in-house kitchen or catering provider will not be a fit for this program.
How the Partnership Process Works
1. Submit Your Application
Tell us about your venue, location, guest capacity, amenities, pricing, and booking policies.
2. Venue Review
We'll review your submission to determine whether your space aligns with the needs of our clients and the types of experiences we offer.
3. Discuss Partnership Opportunities
If your venue appears to be a good fit, we'll connect to discuss preferred pricing, outside-food policies, beverage arrangements when applicable, availability, and other relevant details.
4. Become a Preferred Venue Partner
Once the necessary details have been discussed and agreed upon, your venue may be included in our preferred venue network and considered for relevant client referrals.
Participation does not guarantee bookings, referrals, exclusivity, or a specific volume of business. Recommendations will depend on each client's needs, venue availability, and the suitability of the space.
