Our mission

Wellness with Shay was created by Shay Jones in 2019 shortly after having her first child. After struggling with body image and postpartum anxiety she found herself again in the midst of new motherhood. Taking care of her body, mind, and soul through nutrition, exercise, support from loved ones, and an evolving spiritual journey has brought us to where we are today. As a certified nutrition coach pursuing a Masters in Clinical Nutrition, Shay strives to help people from all walks of life love their bodies enough to treat it with the care it deserves.
